Q. What services does Prime Handyman offer?
A. We specialize in home repair and maintenance. Prime Handyman can take care of most items on your To-Do list. Here's a sampling of the services we offer.
Q. Who will come to my house to do the work?
A. Prime Handyman is owned and operated by Bruce Lewis. This means that you have the owner of the company taking care of your work items, in a professional and highly skilled manner. He'll arrive on time, prepared to start work.
Q. How do you charge for the work?
A: At Prime Handyman, we charge by the hour, with a minimum two-hour service call. Beyond the two hours, we charge in 1/4 hour increments.
Q. Can you come out and give me a bid for my list of repairs?
A. Please call or email us. We will spend time with you over the phone, understanding the details of your job and can give you an idea of how long we believe the job will take. We do not provide free, in-person estimates.
Q. Can you send me a bill for the work once you're done?
A: In order to contain costs, we appreciate prompt payment upon completion of the work. At this time, we accept payment by check. If it's necessary to pay by credit card, we can invoice you via email and you'll complete payment on-line via PayPal.
